Online Case Status
Existing users, log in to Broker Gear now
Broker Gear gives agents access to the status of their "New Business Cases" online. Once logged in to your account, you can search cases. Search options include by product, status (pending, paid, and closed), or applicant's last name. Results list matching cases showing the name, carrier, policy number, and status of the case. Click on the applicant’s name for the following details:
- Premium
- Case manager
- Product
- Outstanding requirements
- Non confidential case notes
Broker Gear also has a "Send Comment" feature so that you can send notes to the case manager, automatically attaching a note to the file and sending an email to the underwriter.

- Minnesota Life
- Fidelity and Guaranty Life
- North American
- ING (Relistar)
New Users
Agents will have access to the status of their "New Business Cases" online, but must apply for a username and password below to gain access to our Broker Gear website. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request. Once you are approved, you will be e-mailed a login.
