Get Contracted

You will need to complete and show that you have done the Anti Money Laundry training. If you have not please go to AML training course provided by LIMRA International, Inc. You may log on to LIMRA. Your LIMRA ID will be the first four characters of your last name together with the last six digits of your Social Security Number. The password, if you are a first-time user, will be your last name. The ID and password are entered in lower case letters only. If you require assistance logging into LIMRA, please contact their technical support line at (866) 364-2380.

Contract Now

You will need a copy of your current license, E&O and voided check if EFT is desired (certain companies make this mandatory). Contracts that are submitted with missing items or questions not completed will be returned to you.

Once the contract is complete, fax your contract, Licenses, E & O and voided check to (866) 409-2359. If you were referred by an agent already contracted with AMZ please fax everything to them for their signature as your recruiter. They will fax it to AMZ for completion.
